About Lena's Restaurant & Bar

Pasquilina  (Lena) and Giuseppe (Joe) Lonero purchased Pizzarama, a pizza and grinder  shop, in 1982.   When they opened the restaurant they decided to keep the original name and  their children, Lena and Sal, working by their sides.  Over the  years, the business grew and the family incorporated their 

Italian  heritage and traditional family recipes into the menu. 

The expanded menu includes a wide selection of appetizers, salads and Italian entrees, as well as the traditional pizza and grinders. As the  menu expanded, the patronage increased and the family decided it was time      to rename the restaurant, remodel and add a banquet facility to better      serve their customers.  

The name was changed to Lena's Restaurant and Pizza  in 1992.   The restaurant was named in honor of the matriarch of the family,  Lena Lonero, whom customers and staff still call "Mama Lena".  

Today  Lena's Restaurant is run by their son, Sal Lonero. The restaurant is known  for it's great menu selection, delicious Italian food and warm and      inviting atmosphere that create an enjoyable dining experience.
